Today, I have prepared everything needed for your Visa

Is that right? I'm wondering if 'today' and 'have prepared' go well together.

Is there a better way of saying that?

It sounds fine. There are many things I have already done today (I've eaten breakfast and lunch, and I have taught three classes), and there are many other things I have not yet done today (I haven't eaten dinner or watched any TV).
