Today and everyday

Hi, everybody!
Could you help me with this question:

I have to type about 10 letters ______________. It's my job.
A. today B. yesterday C. tomorrow D. everyday
I choose A."today", not "everyday", which is used as an adjective. Am I right?

Top answer

You are correct [Y]. Every day would work as two words, but as one it is an adjective.

Well, I think it must be everyday

Because it is said in the sentence that ''it's my job''

If it's your job, you have to do it everyday, right?

Here the test writer writes "everyday" (i.e. "an adj" not "every day" (adv)). I think there is a type mistake here.
