To write first names

Hello, I speak Persian. In my language we have some fist names which consist of two parts, like Muhammad-Ali that it consists of two parts;Muhammad and Ali. Does anyone know how to write these kinds of names in English.
1.Muhammad Ali
2. Muhammadali
3. Muhammad-Ali
4. Muhammad-ali

Muhammad-Ali would be the usual form.
Some people might write Muhammad Ali.
Muhammadali and Muhammad-ali wouldn't work.

In the southern US, it used to be very common to give girls a double name, and call then by their double name. The names are written as two words:

Mary Beth
Martha Jo
Lea Anne
Sue Ellen

I see no reason why men's names cannot be treated the same way.
