i am trying to write a letter informing that i am remunerating my employee with his yearly holiday this time of the year so he can spend his honey moon.. plus we will be taking care of his payments!! (not sure if this is the write word to choose) including his tickets and stay in costs (hotel or rent cost)...

thats what im trying to make clear but i dont know how to write it down in a formal language plus should i start like this..

Our company would like to inform you that Mr. ... is a Media engeneer at our company (name of it) since ..2005. His service, technical, buisiness skills have been all of the highest standards, and he has worked hard for this company. for that we would like to remunerate Mr.. by giving him his yearly holiday at this time of the year to spend his honeymoon in addition we will be rewarding him by taking care ofall his trip payments including tickets and stay in costs..
