I would use only the -ing form.

I would add, however, that (in my opinion) watching movies seems way too passive to be considered a hobby. As I understand hobbies, they almost always involve working with your hands to some extent: collecting thing

Yes, but given the choice, writers tend to use the -ing form as a subject in preference to an infinitive.

So, ... dream is to be ... and Earning money is ... would be my choices.
