Which is correct and which preposition to use?

I have needs that need to be catered [to/for]
I have need that need to be indulged.

I assume using "need" instead of "needs" in the second one is a typo.

The sentences with "needs that need" is awkward. If you replace "need to" with "must" you'll have a better sentence.

In the second indulge, there is no error except for the repetition of need?
