To vs for

"The intent of this page is to provide information to/for people seeking information regarding marketing niche."

Are both equally correct in this sentence? Or we should use "to"?

Forgot to add one more thing. Shouldn't I add, after "people", "who are"

So it would look like this, ""The intent of this page is to provide information to/for people who are seeking information regarding marketing niche."
