A. "Let's discuss the issue to the point"

Q1) Is the above sentence correct English?

Q2) Does the sentence mean the same as "Let's discuss the point of the issue"?

Q3) B. "Let's talk about the issue to the point" Is this sentence correct as well and does B mean the same as "Let's talk about the point of the issue"?

I would say yes to the three questions, but I'm not really sure.

Q1) Is the above sentence correct English? Yes, technically, if you add a period at the end.

Q2) Does the sentence mean the same as "Let's discuss the point of the issue"? No, I don't know what it means.

But my guess is that the writer means, as you suggest, "Let's discuss the point of the issue".
