Is this sentence correct (or does it make sense):
a) "He was scheduled to surveil the examinations."
b) "He was scheduled to give surveillance during examinations."
Note: By 'to surveil' or 'to give surveillance', I mean that he will the teacher present during an examination (so that the people taking the examination don't cheat)."
