to strive for perfection

Hello,
I just came across this:
- I enjoy drinking and having fun, but I am another person at work. I always ask for perfection.
I'm probably going crazy, but there are a few things I dislike. I'd probably say "I am a completely different person..." and "I strive for perfection..." because I am not the boss, and I can't expect perfection from my co-workers. Am I wrong/being too harsh?

Yes, that's what I meant. Doesn't "I am a different/completely different person (when I am) at work" sound better than "I am another person at work"? The former sounds more natural to me. I'm not sure I've ever heard the latter.

It sounds stronger, not necessarily better!

Both are natural.
