Which one is correct?
She's to some extent beautiful.

You can't be "to some extent beautiful" the same way as you cannot be 'to some extent pregnant'.

That's debatable. 'pregnant' is not gradable, but 'beautiful' is: more beautiful, less beautiful, most beautiful, least beautiful.

The sentence sounds odd. "To some extent" doesn't connect well with " beautiful" to my ear. It is almost like a strange chord being played in a piece of music. I would say " In certain ways she is beautiful ".
