Christine ChristieWe have already solved the issue.

The verb 'resolve' is more frequently seen is this context.

Although less frequent, 'settle', 'decide', and 'solve' are also used.

We have already resolved the issue is what sounds best to me, followed by We have already settled the issue.

We have already addressed the issue. (a significant long-term problem)
"We have already settled the issue. (come to an agreement in a dispute or argument)
"We have already resolved the issue. ( a short-term fault, such as a "technical issue")

We have already solved the problem.
