Would it be correct to ask someone: "I heard you got a new job. Have you settled in the new office yet?" or just "Have you settled in yet?"

Thank you, A. Stars. I have one last question for you. Does the process of settling into the new job/position involve getting to know the new colleagues, knowing the office building well, etc, or simply feeling good/comfortable at work? I think the two are quite different.
