Good day. I am reading a book about vitamins & minerals and did not understand the last part of the phrace.

There is a context (please look below)


There are blood and urine tests for most vitamins and
minerals, but some are complicated or inconvenient, to say nothing of the costs.

What does it mean "to say nothing of the costs" in this context?

It means those tests are very expensive.

The tests are not only complicated and inconvenient but the costs of the tests are so high that we don't want to even mention them.
