To request HR to make me entitled for overtime pay

I have to request my manager to advice the HR to make me entitled for Overtime pay.

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to formally inform you of my Overtime Payment Concern.

As per the Employment Contract I signed on November 19, 2017, I have 60 working hours per week and I am not entitled to receive any overtime pay.

As My salary and other benefits fall under the head office (this office) and we have 48 working hours per week. I have also been working for extra hours beyond the normal working hours to accomplish the task as per project requirement. Hence I request you to advice the HR to change my Contractual terms to reduce the working hours to 48 Hours and make me entitled for Overtime Pay.

I would be grateful if you could arrange to provide the overtime to me.
