Which one is correct?

1. You are requested to report to Mr. ABC.
2. You are requested to report Mr. ABC.

Both are correct but #2 is rather unlikely. In the first sentence the person is requested to make his presence known to Mr. ABC.

Both are correct but #2 is rather unlikely. In the first sentence the person is requested to make his presence known to Mr. ABC. In the second sentence the person is requested to make a certain fact known about Mr. ABC. For example: You are requested to report Mr. ABC missing as we haven't heard from him for a week.

I think you mean, for example, …report to Mr. ABC’s office, meaning you are supposed to present yourself there for a specific purpose. If you report to someone, you are under the authority of that person.
