'To receiving' here

'I would only let a Law Enforcement Officer to receiving the CCTV Footage.'
'to receiving' here used as gerund. Any mistake in it ?
If there is a mistake please fix it in a way that 'to receiving' stays in it functioning as gerund.

  • That cannot be done, because 'let' does not accept an '-ing' verb form.
  • These are three other choices (not synonymous, of course—they are just examples): I would only let a Law Enforcement Officer receive the CCTV footage.
