To put Apostrophes or not

Hi everyone,

I'm about to order business cards for a ice popsicles business. My wife and I work together. We would like our titles to be funny. Hence, we would like to write 'Queen Of Pops' and 'go-to-guy' on the cards. My question is, Do I have to keep the apostrophes or remove it on the cards?

That is how we are planning to get them printed. Is that a correct way of writing them?

Ah, the quotation marks (inverted commas). They aren't strictly required, but I'd probably include them if the cards are written as you have them above (I can see the email addresses as you wrote them, though the site automatically hides emails from public view so spammers can't get them).
I'd write 'Go-to-guy' though.
