What do you mean by randomly?

I mean that people do not park in order.

Can we use "orderly" as an adverb to express the same thing?

I have nowhere to park my car, because people (just)don't park orderly.

Orderly is an adjective, so it would need to be preceded here by in an, and then followed by a word like manner, fashion or way.

In the UK you sometimes see signs in parking lots asking people to Please park prettily

Parking lots in N. America almost always have spaces marked by lines for one to park between.

I just have found these two words "tidy" and "sprawl". Can I use them to describe the way that people have parked their car?

People have parked their cars sprawingly/untidily.

I would say, "...because people do not park correctly" or "...have not parked correctly." or "do not know how to park correctly."
