Orderly is an adjective, so it would need to be preceded here by in an, and then followed by a word like manner, fashion or way. I have nowhere to park my car, because people (just) don't park in an orderly manner. In the UK you sometimes see signs in parking lots asking people to Please park prettily
Hi. Please pardon me for bringing this up again. I just have found these two words "tidy" and "sprawl". Can I use them to describe the way that people have parked their car?
