To paraphrase a sentence to understand.

I've found following sentence in a book.

A few blocks east of downtown Detroit sits Lafayette Park, an enclave of single-and two-story modernist townhouses set amid a forest of locust trees.

Please someone tell me is following sentence are true according to above sentence.

  1. Detroit is a place in a Lafayette Park.
