To orbit sth./so.

Hello, ..

The following I came across on imdb.com:

"Anima"

The level of talent orbiting Thom Yorke in this 15-minute music video is impressive. While director Paul Thomas Anderson may be the most recognizable collaborator, the real star is choreographer Damien Jalet (Suspiria), whose dance numbers are stunning, beautiful, and disturbing. Also worth noting is Yorke's own fierce dancing chops as he twirls and twitches alongside his real-life partner, Dajana Roncione."

When it says orbiting Thom Yorke as in the quoted text above, does it refer to the other people working with Thom, or is it addressing him himself and the talent is his?

Thanks.
