to or for

Should it be “to or for” or are both correct?

Tea is beneficial for/to hypertensive individuals.
Exercise is beneficial for/to human health.
Exercise is beneficial for/to cardiovascular health.

“For” sounds better to me, but I am not sure. What do you think, are both correct maybe?

Thanks.
