TO or FOR?

Which preposition is best to use for these sentences?
Help please.

To/For me, as long I'm enjoying what I do with balance work and personal life without affecting my performance. Then I would consider myself successful.

"To me" doesn't work. "For me" is possible: it seems to contrast with someone else's opinion previously stated. If there is no such previous opinion then consider whether you need it at all.
