To or for?

Hi!!!

Is there any problem if I say: "I have not much time because my life is very crazy." instead of saying: "I don't have much time because my life is very crazy" ?

And how about this question?

"Please, pay these bills to me (or for me?)" What's the difference?

Thanks!!!
