To one of the many several wedddings I attended past month.

Instead of using throwback, can I just use 'to'?

Does it gramatically sound correct?

No. It's a fragment, so it's impossible to be grammatically correct.

I mean using 'throwback' at the start of the sentence.
So, 'Throwback to one of the several weddings I attended past month"
