to omit [to be] ?

Hello everyone!

1. Under the structure -S+V+O+C(=
passive infinite), I understand that it is possible to omit [to be] and remain past perfect only in the place of C with following verbs ;

1) want, desire, expect, etc
2) causuative verbs (make, have, get)
3) perception verbs (hear, feel, smell)

* We want our house (to be) repaired.

2. Then can we omit [to be] with the rest following verbs - advise, allow, tell, order, help, ask, etc ?

For example,

* We helped him [ (to) be ] elected as our president.

Always thanking for your answers,

Help is different from all those other verbs in your list. You can use "to" or omit it.

I helped him to do it. = I helped him do it.
I helped him to get elected. = I helped him get elected.

No. You can only omit "to," not "be"
