Which one is better "and acquire new clienteles" or "and to acquire new clienteles"

Because you have used 'to' already before a verb (in an 'and' clause), you are free to choose. I think I would use 'to' only once, but either is OK

- His aim is to inform, to entertain and to amuse

- His aim is to inform, entertain and amuse

Either is acceptable
