to offer/farm out/contract out work

Hello,
Can we say:
- Some of the work will be contracted out to freelancers.
- Some of the work will be farmed out to freelancers.
- Some of the work will be offered to freelancers.

I am most worried about the last sentence. Can we offer work to other people/companies/etc?

Thank you.

Thank you, Mr Micawber. A friend of mine (he's a native speaker) said that "to offer work" was not normal English. I thought it sounded fine, and I am glad that it actually is.
