to /of

Dear members

The deadline ( to/of ) register is June 21.

Could each of the two preposition in the bracket be used in the sentence above?

Thanks

I am not sure if the construction is natural. If it is, it is definitely not of I would say: The last date/deadline for registration is June 21.
