Vocabulary

to move on

I know the verb "to move on" basically has positive meaning: "deal with bad experience" but in the following context it little confusing:

"Team members who are overworked or exhausted are going to have a hard time contributing to a positive team culture, and they’re eventually going to move on"

Please, explain for me.
