To Mister Micawber.

Hello,

I will be grateful to you if you read this post and reply to me.

A few days ago I asked a question about the difference between 'haven't I' and 'have I not?' and you said that the second one is overly formal or emphatic, but is it the same with Am I not, is she not, are we not, etc?

As far I know, 'aren't I' is informal and am I not is formal, Are I not is wrong.

Thanks
