To light / light up / light off fireworks

Hello everybody!

Could somebody tell me the difference (if any exists) between the following forms, please?

to light fireworks
to light up fireworks
to light off fireworks

I would say "to set off fireworks." "To light fireworks" is possible but not as common. The others don't work.
