To learn English or for learning English?

1) How many books do you have to learn Vietnamese? (The answer to this is that I have 3 books to learn Vietnamese. So I think that this question is grammatically right. Am I wrong?)
2) How many books do you have for learning Vietnamese?

Are both grammatical okay? If not, could you tell me which is wrong and why?
Thank you in advance for your teaching.
