Grammar

To know

Hi,
I'm Spanish speaker and my English is not good, exellent. There are many grammatical things I don't know...for example the verb to love in this sentences, (written by a person from USA)

Loving my new car.
In this case "Loving" is like gerund verb or like adjective. Wich is the correct interpretation?
Thanks

Cecil
