I got an answer that:

We are delighted to advise you that your application to upgrade to Membership has been successful.

You will receive your upgrade pack by post within the next 7 working days which includes your new membership card and useful information about the benefits and services available to you.

Now, I would like to thank the body and i want to mention to them that together with my upgrade pack (which they will send it by post) I will need to issue and send me my Membership certificate as well.

This is a draft of what i would like to say:

Thank you very much. I am extremely happy with the service I have received
so far.

I will be grateful if you dispatch my granted Professional Certificate which I was awarded like you did with my previous one, my associate certificate.

Please advice!

p.s. I tried to attach a sample of the relevant certification but I could not.

According to the certificate, last year they dispatch to me the Associate Certificate and I put it in a frame and hung it on the wall. Now,I need the same think.

Last year, in their email, they mentioned that with my upgrade pack would include my Associate Certificate, But now, they did not mention that, with my upgrade pack will include my Professional Certificate. Thats why I mentioned this point AND i WOULD LIKE TO INFORMED THEM IN ORDER TO BE SURE THAT THE CERTIFICATE IS WILL BE INCLUDED!

I think your letter is fine just as you have adapted it. If your professional certificate is not in the box with your upgrade, then you will have a reason to write them back and request that it be sent as quickly as possible. If it is the practice of the Institute to send the professional certificate in the same manner as they did with the associate certificate, I suggest you let them do their work. Your sentence: "Additionally, I would be grateful if you would also send me my Professional Certificate just as you did with my previous Associate Certificate" is enough of a reminder for now.

Wait and see (and try not to stress).

after I wrote the words "Let me know if it's not and I'll try again" you provided new information and a new draft. I approved the new draft saying that I thought it would suffice. I really hope that "Linda" appreciates all the work you have done to make your emails to her perfect. Maybe she'll go out on a date with you! Or maybe she'll deliver the certificate and upgrade personally! Cool!
