To-infinitive with future sense

I am not a teacher.

Since 'to-infinitive' can convey a future sense of some sort, is it correct for me to say this: I'm going to watch him to be jogging tomorrow morning.

Or "I'm going to watch him jogging tomorrow morning" will do.
