To Infinitiv VS Ving

Hello Everybody! I have a question:

Are these sentences correct?

1 I hate people to speak so (or I should use this: I hate people speaking so.)

2 I hate her to cry (or I hate her crying).

4 I like her to sing (or I like her singing)

Thank you. And it would be great if you could tell me what rule it is.
