To include "without limitation" +objects

What does the below context mean:
"Such notice should include without limitation the name, address, and telephone number of the attorney"
?

Does the bold-faced "without limitation" here mean that those information that need to be provided are not limited to said information? That when needed, other than name, address and telephone number of the attorney should be provided too?

Thanks:)

That is a reasonable interpretation, but it could also mean 'without exception'. So much for legalspeak.

One other question,
"The whole sentence actually goes as "such notice should include without limitation the name, address, and telephone number of the attorney, if any, retained to represent the party"
What does the "if any" there refer to???
If it is referring to "the number of the attorney" then why isn't it allocated BEFORE the object itself?

Here's what I inf

'If any' means 'if any attorney'.

'If any' refers to the attorney, but it also tells the reader that he does not need to have an attorney if he doesn't want to.

I disagree.
"If any" means if the party has hired an attorney to represent them. It's not about if they want to have an attorney.
