I applied for 30 days annual leave stats from 01/06/2019 to 30/06/2019, but it is not approved by HR manager. He sent me an email that your balance leave available 24 days as of 31/06/2019, so accordingly you should amend your request from 30 days to 24 days. I believe that there is a miscalculation in the calculation of my leave days. My last annual leave was taken from 26/08/2018 to 26/09/2019 and I resumed my duty on 27/09/2019. As per my last resume date of duty, my avail balance leave days will be 25 days as of 30/06/2019.
