Could you guys give me any example using this type of construction? to help to + INF I know about ...can I help you to some salad? But that's obviously a different one...to help sb to sth...
Also, I have the same question for write to....I understand is particularly used to specify somebody is writing a letter, an email or something similar. Is that true?
