1. You are the youngest person to win the trophy.
2 .You are the youngest person to have won the trophy.
Is there any difference in meaning between the two sentences ?

There is little practical difference. I suppose right at the moment the trophy was presented one would be more likely to use #1. Afterwards, either can be used.
