To have done

1. I would like to have finished the work sòon/by tomorrow.

2. I want to have finished the work soon/by tomorrow.

3. It's impossible to have finished the work soon/by tomorrow.

I know just simply to say "To finish" is better, but I'd like to know whether 1,2,3 are correct as well and work fine.
