Great thanks Clive. And how would you describe crass people? Stupid in general or is there some nuance compered to stupid?

Crass is more like rude. Could be uneducated, but usually unrefined (bad manners).

Crass people are those who feel other people are just in their way, or like to talk 'over' another person to push their own agenda. Put crass people in a room together, and it's a real study in chimp anthropology.
