" The sixties was a party had by someone else . . .
was a party had by everyone you knew. "
What is that form of " HAD " ?
Is it not the past time of the verb HAVE ?
It is here used as a verb . . .
I read it in a CD booklet !

These are past-tense passive forms of the expression "have a party".

"a party (that was) had by someone else" means, in active voice, that someone else had the party.
