To gravel?

Dear Users,

In this scene from Star Wars Rogue 1, Lord Vader says (I think): You were not summoned here to gravel Director Krennic.

I don't know if that's the correct spelling but the meaning of that verb must be similar to complain, I suppose. Is it a commonly used verb?
