Both of the sentences below work for me, but I'd like to know whether they sound fine to you as well. Here they are:
- He glowed with happiness/embarrassment.
- His face glowed with happiness/embarrassment.

Well. grammatically, it is correct. But glow and radiate are mostly used for positive and happy emotions.
