"A new campaign to help patients choose the best price to get treatment has launched this week"
I couldn't understand why the writer wrote like " get treatment has launched this week". I think it should be as follows. "to get treatment (which is) launched this week"
Is the above sentence right in grammar? Could someone explain to me why "to get treatment has launched this week"?
Thank you for your answer in advance.
