"to get on" in different tenses

Hello there,

I've been wondering what is the difference between the following sentences:

1. How have you been doing at work?
2. How are you doing at work?
3. How did you do at work?

I'm not quite sure when I should use which of them. I assume that all of them are correct. I'm not even sure if I should say "I've been wondering..." or "I was wondering..."

Thanks!

Number three would probably refer to a specific occasion, which followed some prior discussion. "Man! I know I'm gonna have a wicked hangover tomorrow.

  • That is, 1- Things were rough in the beginning but now they're starting to smooth out.
