He has been one of the greatest all-rounders ever to have played the game but for Jacques Kallis reaching his maiden double century was an emotional moment that he will remember all his life.

"It still hasn't sunk in probably. You get caught up in a Test match trying to win and thinking about how to take the wickets. It will probably hit home when I walk out in Durban and see 201 on the scoreboard," man-of-the-match Kallis told reporters after the post-match press conference.
