To get an english name

I want to get an english name pronounced similar to my Chinese name "ZhongQiang" is more confortable, If the pronounce is difficult to similar my Chinese name, Other is OK. I am a man and born in 1984.
I would be pleased if the english name can includeing the connotation - wise and farsighted,harmonious,kind-hearted,popular and sucessful business man.
